Please Note the Nu Flow Warranty terms are as per the warranty attached. By accepting this quote, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Quantities are estimated and will be measurable during project stage should the quantities be more than what has been quoted. Any pipe repairs prior to CIPP lining are excluded, for example repairs to the pipe invert or correcting heavy misalignment’s are not included. Full-time uninterrupted access to site 24/7 during CIPP installation phases. BEFORE WORK COMMENCES Our Credit Application has to been signed by both parties and approved by ORSCO, unless full payment is received upfront – PLEASE ALLOW UP TO TWO WEEKS FOR APPROVAL PROCESS

CAMERA USE Drain pipe relining requires the use of CCTV pipe inspection cameras from beginning to end, for diagnostics, measurements and post-lining inspection. Without unhindered access to the pipeline, camera work cannot be executed and lining work cannot be done. The client will be responsible should any CCTV equipment get stuck in the pipe. The client will either pay for the replacement of the tools or the cost of having the tools removed.

CLEAN PIPES AND INSPECTIONS Pipe relining will take the shape of the inside of the pipe. If a pipe has scale build-up, anomalies, blockages or debris which are not thoroughly cleaned prior to lining, our lining will line over these areas and create bulges and reduce the internal diameter of the pipe more than desired. It is therefore imperative that the pipe is cleaned prior to relining. We do not include cleaning in our quotes unless it is specifically stated that we will be responsible for the cleaning, or we have specifically quoted for cleaning. Additional drain pipe cleaning is charged at R {PONumber} per hour unless otherwise specified. We point out that a normal plumbing contractor would not have the specialized tools needed to properly clean and descale pipes to the high standard that are need prior to pipe relining. Should Nu Flow perform any cleaning on site the client will be responsible should any cleaning tools get stuck in the pipe. The client will either pay for the replacement of the tools or the cost of having the tools removed.

DIAGNOSTICS Nu Flow prefer to do our own pipe diagnostics prior to quoting on pipe relining. This is because our technicians are trained to look for different problems and variables in the pipe line than a normal plumbing contractor or leak detection would look for, which can play a major role on the lining process and length of time the job may take. If the client prefers to do his/her own diagnostics, or use the services of another contractor for diagnostics, we will quote the client based upon the information supplied under the understanding that should we arrive on site and find the pipe network, access points, problem areas and any other factors affecting the lining process to be different to the diagnosis supplied, we will charge R {PONumber} per hour plus a fee for site establishment and re-quote on the job after a proper diagnostics has been performed. We will use deposit money paid to cover the diagnostics.

WATER AND USE OF PIPES The client is responsible for controlling the use of the pipes lines and sufficiently notifying people that the drain line is not to be used during the lining process, unless otherwise specified in the quote. If the client does not feel he/she can control the use of the lines, Nu Flow is to be notified in advance so that we can quote and prepare to plug the line thereby stopping any water/sewerage from flowing into the line, or in more extreme cases we may need to quote and prepare for over pumping. If the client decides to control the line and users do not comply and we get covered in effluent, we will need to stop working, clean ourselves and continue working. Stoppages and delays will be charged at R {PONumber} per hour.

ACCESS TO ENTRY OF PIPES Pipe relining requires access on both ends of the pipe been relined throughout the entire process since liner is inserted through one access point and pulled into place from the other access point. The client is responsible for ensuring sufficient access on either end of the pipe been lined unless otherwise specified int he quote. Should there be no access points for us to work from, we will either charge R {PONumber} per hour standing time, or R {PONumber} per hour to create the necessary access points ourself.

STOPPAGES AND DELAYS This quote assumes we have unhindered access to the use of both water and electricity on site. Stoppages and delays will be charged R… per hour. This quote assumes there will be no requirements of OHS induction and all health and safety requirements are to be met by the owner. All-access, permits, environmental aspects, permissions and clearances for the works to be obtained by main contractor/ Client. Where a health and Safety file is required, we will charge R 2850.00 ex vat unless otherwise specified. If there are any access delays or work stoppages not caused by ourselves we will invoice R {PONumber} per hour. If we need to leave site and come back again due to stoppages and delays outside of our control, we will charge R {PONumber} per hour, the AA rate for travelling costs and site set up fee will be charged for.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS Deposits are non-refundable. Any monies paid upfront to ourselves are intended to be used for the re-lining process, however if there are extra costs as described above that are attracted to the job not caused by ourselves – these costs will be deducted from the deposit and we will require further payment before we continue.

CALLBACKS

Should we be called back to site to fix a problem assumed to be our lining, and it turns out not to be our lining, R{PONumber} per hour will be charged plus travelling at the AA rate.
