PRESSURISED PIPELINE REHABILITATION

Nu Line™ epoxy barrier coating technology is a non-invasive process that uses epoxy to coat the inside walls of pipes without destroying interior or exterior surfaces of building structures, hardscape or landscape.

Primarily as a long-term preservation solution to expand the life of existing pipes of ½” to 10” I.D., Nu Line™ also has the benefits of helping prevent corrosion and pinhole leaks.

For over 30 years, Nu Line™ has been in-place restoring aging pressurised piping systems, which include hot and cold potable water distribution, HVAC, compressed air, gas, fire suppression and electrical conduit piping systems. The US Navy has trusted the technology to rehabilitate the piping systems aboard its vessels since the 1980s, Nu Line™ is now deployed in buildings and facilities around the world.

CERTIFICATION

As a Nu Flow Certified Contractor, we have been rigorously trained and certified by Nu Flow Technologies to ensure our techniques, processes and equipment are second to none. This includes a thorough initial contractor training, a multitude of unique industry specific educational intensives, as well as the ongoing support and quality assurance practices of the Nu Flow team. Periodic re-certification is a requirement for all Nu Flow Certified Contractors.
