Industry / Market: Residential / Facility Management, PTA

System: Nu Flow rehabilitated 209 meters of DN110 & 153 meters of DN160 earthenware stormwater drainage system with 3HT glass-reinforced liner and the 2K slow cure epoxy.

Situation: An underground drain line in the complex had been failing for years. This customer paid for temporary fixes, such as jetting (cleaning) the pipes, only to have the problem reappear. The homeowner’s association decided to get the underground drainpipes checked and repaired if damaged. Nu Flow found that this sewer system, beneath a concrete foundation, was cracked and completely full of roots.

Solution: Nu Flow successfully cleaned (409 meters) and lined the aged, underground sewer drain system without having to damage the building or disrupting residents. The customer was extremely pleased with our cost-effective work and Pull-in-Place technology, preserving the concrete foundation. The liner will prove to be an effective, long-term solution for pipe failures. This seamless, protective liner covers up all cracks and breaks in the pipeline and will also prevent mineral deposits and scale build-up.

The End Result: This customer chose Nu Flow’s innovative, no-dig technology and benefited greatly.
