Situation: Due to age, corrosion, and rust the dump line system for the Reservoir tank began to leak due to lack of pressure.

Nu Flow was contacted by the client for a modern, non-evasive pipeline rehabilitation solution.

Solution: First Nu Flow inspected and cleaned out the damaged pipeline system. Once this was done over 20m’s of 160mm diameter pipe was relined using 3HT glass liner and potable epoxy with full clashing and termination to the base and flange. The line was blanked off and is now holding pressure. 

 With all the logistics included the project was completed in 3 days.
