Nu Flow re-lines at Davenport Square

Situation:
At Davenport Square, whenever it rained water seeped from the 110mm full bores on the roof and discharged into the stores below.

The main affected area was the Checkers store situated in the centre of the square. Water used to seep through the pillars and flood the Checkers causing large amounts of water damage not only to the building, but also to items on the shelves.

Ganga Plumbers were called in to find a suitable solution to the problem.

Ganga Plumbers, tried to carry out a camera inspection to assess the condition of the pipes. The camera inspection however had to be abandoned due to the intense corrosion within the pipes causing such bad blockages that Ganga Plumbers

Solution:
Ganga Plumbers, a Nu Flow licensee, had to used Nu Flow’s specialized cleaning tools to remove the rust flakes which enabled Ganga Plumbers to locate the outlets of the pipes.

Once the pipes were cleaned Ganga plumbers re-lined the 30 full bores affecting the Checkers store with Nu flows pull-in-place structural liner system working from existing access points thereby causing no disruption to Checkers nor any structural damage to the building.

The end result is a new pipe with in the old pipe.
No Mess, no chopping open, no damage to structures!
