Nu Flow re-lines storm water pipes in Waterkloof

Location:
Waterkloof, Pretoria, Gauteng

Situation:
The newly refurbished home in Waterkloof experienced continual blockages in an 110mm earthenware storm water pipe running under the garage that was badly cracked and damaged. The home also had 6 PVC stacks running from the roof to the ground floor with in the homes walls which were leaking at the joins.

Replacing the pipes was not an option as the earthenware pipe ran for 7 meters under the garage and all 6 stacks ran with in the homes walls.

The client turned to Nu Flow for a solution.

Solution:
Efficient Plumbing, a Nu Flow licensee re-lined all the leaking and damaged pipes used Nu Flow’s pull-in-place structural liners. The job took Efficient Plumbing a fraction of the time that replacing the pipes would have taken despite the fact that the pipes contained multiple 90 degree bends and multiple junctions.

All work was done working from existing access points causing no damage to the newly renovated building.

No mess, no noise, no damage!
The end result is a new pipe with-in the original pipe.
